Skills: 2 years of Research Work experience on process development from design, modeling, simulation and fabrication of Microfluidic chip; Hands-on experience in building up Microfluidic test system for Flow characterization and biophotonics applications; Familiarity with TMAH Micromachining and Multi-layer soft-lithography (PDMS) technique; Sputtering Deposition System; FTIR Spectroscopic characterization of PDMS; Nanoindentation; Optical detection of microparticles using Flow cell analysis; Mask layout/patterning; Design with CMC Micralyne's Micragem & Protolyne and MEMSCap's MetalMUMPs fabrication processes.
Experience in Engineering software like FEMLAB, FLUENT, GAMBIT, MEMSPro (L-EDIT) and LinkCAD; I-DEAS, AutoCAD and CATIA |
